This policy explains how Ranqa processes personal data when you use the service.

Controller

The controller for personal data processed on Ranqa is OLY Europe LTD (VAT BG207334983), General Tsimerman 56, 9002 Varna, BG. Contact: [email protected]. We process data to display reviews, prevent abuse, and operate business accounts. Names and comments are published as you submit them. IP addresses are stored as one-way hashes for rate limiting and security.

What we process

For visitors and reviewers this may include name (if provided), review text, rating, technical identifiers (hashed IP), and language preferences. For business users we also process account email, company details, and usage needed to run the dashboard.

Your rights

You may request that personal identifiers linked to your reviews are erased (for example name or email hash). Published ratings and review text may remain in anonymized form. Companies cannot pay to remove genuine feedback. Legal basis is legitimate interest for public reviews and contract for business accounts. Data is stored in the EU/EEA to the extent our infrastructure allows.

Cookies

Public pages use few cookies. The dashboard uses session cookies for sign-in.

Retention

Published reviews are kept so the public record stays consistent. Account data is kept while the business account is active. Security logs and hashed identifiers are retained only as long as needed for abuse prevention, then deleted or anonymized.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Processors that host email delivery, databases, or analytics act under contract and only on our instructions. Public review text is visible by design.
